What This Industry Needs
What E-commerce Actually Costs You

Survive the Last Mile

Packaging has to protect the product through sorting hubs and repeated handling, without inflating board cost beyond what the order supports.

Dimensional Weight

Carriers bill on volume, not weight. Right-sizing the box is often the single largest freight saving available to a DTC brand.

Unboxing Is a Brand Touchpoint

For direct-to-consumer sales the box is the first physical contact with the brand. Print quality and fit drive repeat purchase and sharing.

Recyclable by Default

Customers judge brands on packaging waste. FSC-certified board and paper-based inserts avoid the plastic problem entirely.

Materials & Finishing
Board, Print & Protection

Materials and processes listed below describe the range we work with. Final specification is always confirmed per project against your requirements — send us the brief and we will confirm what applies to your job.

Corrugated Board

Single-wall and double-wall flute. Grade selected against product weight, drop risk and stacking load.

Greyboard

1,200–2,000 gsm where a rigid component is needed inside a mailer or gift tier.

Print

Litho-laminated corrugated is typically used for photo-quality graphics; flexo for higher volumes at lower unit cost. The print route is confirmed against your artwork.

Inserts

Die-cut corrugated or cardboard inserts, cut to your pack layout. Tell us if plastic-free is a requirement and we will confirm the options.

Finishing

Matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, foil accents, and custom interior printing.

Certification

FSC certified board, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BSCI. Documentation available on request.
